Signup for traxme.net account.
Email adresses are solely collected to verify the registration. You will recieve a mail describing how to activate your account after you have signed up. Accounts have to be periodically renewed, in order to prevent old accounts from clogging up our system. Renewal notices will be e-mailed 4 weeks prior to expiry. We reserve the right to include some commercial content in the renewal mails.
Privacy notice: This site is operated according to Norwegian laws of data privacy. All rights afforded to you by Norwegian law, will be respected. These includes, but are not limited to: a) You may at any time review all stored data about you. b) You may at any time request that we delete all records pertaining to your account. No collected data will be shared with 3rd parties, except for GPS positinal data. Collected e-mail adresses will not be used for any other purpose, except for the renewal and activation notifications. Once your account expires, all collected data will be deleted, and no further mails will be sent from us.
Terms of use (positinal data): All postional data submitted to our site, must be so without any claim to copyright of data. By submitting data to our servers, you agree to releasing such data into the public domain. All positional data collecte from our site are to be concidered public domain, through concent of the data submitter.
Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to idemnify traxme.net of any claims to damagages resulting from use, or failure in services. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Safety warning: Using our services, may allow individuals with criminal intent to track you, and locate you. This may increase the likelyhood of your falling victim to crime. It is strongly reccomended not to use our services from countries and or areas where kidnapping and violent crime is a significant risk factor. traxme.net cannot asssume responsibility for damages arising from misuse of shared positional data.
